"Of the mental health professionals I have worked with in recent years, Julia has made me feel the most comfortable. She has helped me to understand my anxiety and negative thought patterns, building greater resilience, self-esteem and confidence in my own abilities and decisions. I am in a far stronger position to face challenges than I would have been without our sessions." H.T.
I use a multidisciplanary approach, whilst still ensuring that sessions are steered by you, bespoke to you. I draw from a range of theories and models, making my practice eclectic. I also have a keen interest in using creative options and tools when appropriate, allowing plenty of room for clients to express themselves.
As a member of the BACP I am guided by and work within their Ethical Framework.
