Services

I offer 50 minute counselling sessions via telephone, zoom or face to face in Hampshire or Surrey.  I see clients from age 18 years upwards. 

I also offer a 15 minute informal chat via telephone to discuss how we might work together.

Note: I feel it is important to undertake weekly sessions.  I believe it is ethically responsible to provide a professional, safe space to do 'therapy work' without leaving clients without support in between sessions for too long.  I am open to discussions around session times and regularity with my clients ensuring client autonomy through open and authentic communication.
